Took almost a month to receive my sweater. Emailed multiple times to customer service with no reply.I ordered a hot pink mama sweatshirt for my birthday which I got but different design. To say the least a bit annoyed. It's a beautiful color and very comfy but not what I paid for.
I have been a subscriber for around a year now and have had multiple issues. It is hard to get a response when needed and certainly not timely. When I received this year's halloween shirts I got the wrong size delivered for myself. I reached out multiple times and though email and Facebook. It wasn't until after I commented on their Facebook page that I got a response and that post was then deleted. I have enjoyed many of the shirts but not all and have on multiple occasions requested a preview of the upcoming shirt to see of I wanted to get it or pause for that month. I got a response with a preview once, all the other times I got no answer at all. I have now paused my subscription and will not be interested in renewing it until this is an option.
Placed order over a month ago. Never received.
Loved last month (monster mini/mama). Not happy with this month, it is too plain just being a white t with black writing. Not something we would wear out and they will just become pj's.
My daughter and I look forward to receiving our matching shirts every month! I have reached out with questions and I appreciate the customer service from this small business.
